Ray Hayes II was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2004 and the US District Court for the Western District of North Carolina in 2005, and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Iredell County Bar. Ray Hayes II has practiced in the areas of Criminal Defense, DWI / DUI, Traffic Offenses as well as Personal Injury, including auto accident and medical malpractice cases in the Mooresville, Statesville, Troutman, Charlotte, Cornelius, Huntersville and Davidson areas for approximately 10 years.

I've been from California to New York to Florida, and North Carolina is the most beautiful, pristine and diverse place with all kinds of fun things to do from the beach to the mountains. And that's not to mention the amazing people here. They are so nice you can't help but want to help," says Mr. Hayes.
Ray Hayes II was born in the area of Rowland Heights CA but grew up in Mooresville NC since the age of 7 years old. He attended Southview Christian School, Brawley Middle School, South Iredell High School, UNC Chapel Hill and New York Law School. He graduated near the top of his class in high school and studied Political Science in his undergraduate years and was on the Dean's List at UNC Chapel Hill. He was a Senator of the Student Bar Association at New York Law School and a published Articles Editor on the Journal of Human Rights.
Mr. Hayes gives back to the community by handling pro-bono cases on recommendation from certain area organizations. Mr. Hayes believes that "Caring for your clients is probably the most important part of being a lawyer. It keeps your perspective right."
